Orlando TV Ratings: 60 Minutes, Walking Dead beats NFL

The NFL was not the most watched show on Sunday night in Orlando. 60 Minutes and The Walking Dead both topped the NFL game on NBC.

For the second time this fall, Sunday Night Football on NBC was not the number one program in Orlando.

CBS’ 60 Minutes which aired after the Patriots-Cowboys game was the most watched television program on Sunday with 273,526. Sunday was also the season premiere of the Walking Dead which garnered 239,331 viewers in Orlando.

Two weeks ago, the Sunday Night Football game between the Denver Broncos and Detroit Lions was beaten in Orlando by the Buffalo Bills-Miami Dolphins game for most watched game on Sundaythe first time this year Sunday Night Football was not the most watched football game in the Orlando market.

Sunday night’s game between the San Francisco 49ers against the New York Giants which the Giants won in the final seconds garnered 217,356 viewers in Orlando. Despite falling short for the overall crown, it was the third highest viewed Sunday Night game of the season and is up from last week’s Sunday Night Football game between the Dallas Cowboys and New Orleans Saints which garnered 183,697 viewers.

Week 1 –  New York Giants at Dallas Cowboys:  286,485 viewers  on NBC

Week 2- Seattle Seahawks at Green Bay Packers:  221,843 viewers on NBC

Week 3- Denver Broncos at Detroit Lions: 202,059 viewers on NBC

Week 4- Dallas Cowboys at New Orleans Saints: 183,697 viewers on NBC

Week 5- San Francisco 49ers at New York Giants: 217,356 viewers on NBC
